Generalist Pilot

As a Generalist Pilot in the Air National Guard, you’ll master all aspects of advanced aviation, and use those skills to operate and manage your unit's flying operations or training programs. In this role, you’ll develop requirements for equipment and training, prepare and coordinate budgets, analyze rated manpower requirements, and formulate personnel policies.
