Nondestructive Inspection

Nondestructive Inspection

The Nondestructive Inspection Specialist sees what no one else can see. Using X-ray and ultrasound technology, these professionals can detect the smallest crack in parts of an aircraft that can’t be reached with human hands. They’ve been expertly trained to inspect aircraft, structures, components and systems, and to recognize the signs of internal erosion, monitor exposure areas for radiographic operations, and detect fissures, delaminations, voids, processing defects, and heat damage. If you have a knack for spotting things that others miss, you have the meticulous eye required of the Nondestructive Inspection Specialist.
