Vehicle Operations

As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, you’ll operate a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, buses, utility trucks, 18-wheel tractor/trailer combinations, wreckers, mounted cranes, and hoists. Your mission as a Vehicle Operations Specialist can take you all over the world, where you’ll participate in convoy operations and movement of supplies, munitions, and outsized expeditionary forces. You’ll learn vital skills, such as map and compass reading, vehicle types and specifications determination, and capacities and limitations assessment. Not only will you be transporting some of the most expensive equipment that the military uses, but you’ll also haul its most precious cargo – its people.
