103rd Air Control Squadron

The 103rd Air Control Squadron, the oldest unit of it's kind, is based in Orange. Known as "Yankee Watch", the mission of the 103rd ACS is real-time detection, identification and surveillance of air traffic for combat operations and homeland defense. They provide the senior theater commander with additional means to plan, direct, and execute joint or combined air operations. by providing air surveillance photography, aircraft control, and a communication network to support air operations.
