Air Liaison Officers lead some of the most skilled, courageous Airmen in the entire Air National Guard, the Tactical Air Control Party. They specialize in leading elite Battlefield Airmen in both conventional and special military operations. They direct Army and Air Force weapon systems from the air and ground, and possess the Joint Terminal Attack controller qualification. Often embedded on the front lines during war or conflict, Air Liaison Officers stand shoulder to shoulder with the military's most elite members.

As an Air Liaison Officer, you and your team will engage enemy forces, using advanced technologies and weapon systems to direct air strikes in close proximity of friendly forces. You'll control and execute operational air and space power from joint operations centers to the most austere combat environments and everywhere in-between.
