Airfield Systems

As an Airfield Systems Specialist, you might find yourself setting up radio and meteorological systems in a remote location near the battle zone, or repairing and maintaining equipment at your local Air Guard unit. In this job you’ll install, relocate, deploy, and maintain fixed and mobile meteorological, navigation and air traffic control ground-to-air radio systems. The work you’ll be doing is a crucial part of keeping air traffic moving smoothly and ensuring that your unit is always ready to respond to an emergency.
