Aviation Resource Management

Aviation Resource Management Specialists know all the ins and outs of their Air National Guard unit – they must be well educated on every aspect because they are responsible for making sure that every mission runs efficiently and effectively. As an Aviation Resource Management Specialist, you'll maintain flight records, validate aircrew safety and physical requirements, monitor daily flight mission data, establish schedules for aircrew training, and much more. You will need to cover every detail in order to make sure your Air Guard unit’s flight missions get off and on the ground smoothly.
