Civil Engineer

Hundreds of Air National Guard buildings and structures are found throughout the country and worldwide. And it's the job of Air Guard Civil Engineers to ensure they're not only maintained but combat ready. In this career, you could go anywhere in the world to assess damage, perform emergency repairs, advise commanders on emergency response, and train personnel in a wide range of disaster preparedness. You’ll build and maintain structures and utilities, advise and consult with commanders on emergency response, and dispose of conventional, nuclear, and chemical biological weapons.
