As an Air National Guard Developmental Engineer, you're part of a unique team of trained professionals — professionals working and training part time, getting ready to assist the Armed Forces in time of need. Performing annual training a few weeks a year or on a more prolonged basis if the need arises, you will be working with some of the best in the world, with specialties ranging from aeronautical and astronautical to electrical and mechanical engineering. You will also develop engineering processes and subprocesses, formulate engineering policy and procedures, and direct technical operations.
