Personnel Officer

The Air National Guard is constantly improving its standards by finding new and better ways to manage its most important asset - people. As a Personnel Officer, you'll manage all of the human resources needs of your organization from its organizational structure, to training, and everything in between. You'll establish local guidelines and policies for substance abuse and the fair and equitable treatment of all members, among other responsibilities. Essentially, you're in charge of providing the tools necessary for the organization and its members to sustain peak performance.
