Planning and Programming Officer

Part of what unites the hundreds of thousands of Air National Guard personnel worldwide is being part of the same programs and following the same policies and procedures. It brings a sense of teamwork and cohesion to everything we do — and even how we are perceived. Planning and Programming Officers develop and write Air National Guard joint services and combined plans. Based on guidance from Air National Guard headquarters, major command or joint services procedures, they design plans that incorporate Air Force doctrine and war-fighting capability.
