In Nashville, we perform the Remotely Piloted Aircraft mission. This involves a variety of operations, including close air support, air interdiction, intelligence collection and quick strike capabilities with minimal danger to military personnel. Additional missions include Intelligence, Cyber Systems and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) .

118th Wing
The primary mission for the 118th Wing is to provide the Air Force with a comprehensive Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Wing. This is accomplished through the efforts of our highly trained Citizen Airmen aligned with specific groups poised to carry out the directives of higher headheadquarters through remotely piloted aircraft, intelligence/targeting and cyber/ISR resources. The mission is complemented with the continuous responsibility to support the state of Tennessee.
